No121 Terms and Conditions
Use of the studio is conditional upon the observance of the rules and regulations below. If there is any matter you do not understand, please don't hesitate to ask us. No121 The Grove Limited reserve the right to alter the below. Any changes will be posted on the notice board or advised by email.
BOOKING CLASSES
Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance on-line, by phone or in person at the studio. Payment for your class may be made by card, or at the premises with cash.
You may cancel your booking of a class up to 12 hours in advance and receive a refund or re-book either on-line, by phone or in person.
If a class booking is cancelled less than 12 hours before the class start time or there is a "no show" the class is still chargeable at the full rate.
If a class is booked by phone you may pay on the day. However, if you book a class and fail to attend three times we reserve the right to impose a £10 penalty.
PERSONAL TRAINING
For booking pay as you go personal training, a £50 payment will be required at time of booking your consultancy session. This covers your 1st consultancy session and 1st training session. Subsequent sessions are payable in advance at the end of the previous session.
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for personal training. If you need to cancel we will rebook to next convenient time.
If you are using the 1-2-2 training option, the rate of £25 is chargeable if one or two people train during a 1-2-2 booked session. When undertaking the joint training programme your partner must remain the same unless there is prior agreement with your trainer to make a change.
LATENESS POLICY
Our classes start promptly at the time stated. For security we may lock the reception door. If you are late and the door is locked you may not be able to access the building. In this instance the class remains payable.
Personal training sessions start at the time agreed. If you are late the trainer may be able to continue the session after the time booked but this may not always be possible and is at the trainer’s discretion.
CLASS CANCELLATION
If we have to cancel a class you have booked we will contact you by email or telephone. At the time of cancellation we will offer you a full refund or an alternative class.
CONDUCT
No 121 The Grove Limited reserve the right to refuse entry to the studio at any time.
Clients must wear appropriate training clothing and footwear whilst training. If a member of staff deems client clothing or footwear is not appropriate for the physical activity the client is about to undertake, the member of staff reserves the right to refuse to train the client.
If a member of staff believes a client is unable to train safely due to alcohol, drugs or illness they have the right to refuse the client attendance of a class or personal training session.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Children under 14 cannot be left unsupervised in the club whilst the responsible adult undertakes a class or personal training session.
The responsible adult agrees to take full responsibility and liability for any child under the age of 18 on the premises.
LIABILITY
No121 The Grove Limited’s liability for damage or loss to customer property is limited strictly to damage or loss suffered as a result of staff negligence.
Property brought into the club is at the owners risk. Lockers are provided for your convenience but no liability can be taken by No121 Ltd for contents placed inside.
No121 The Grove Limited accept no responsibility for damage to cars or loss of their contents in the car park.
No121 The Grove Limited do not accept any liability for injury or accident to a client on the premises other than that which may occur from staff negligence. Any client who suffers an accident or injury whilst on the premises must report the incident to a member of staff.
Clients should not undertake any activity for which they may not be physically fit and the client is responsible for monitoring their condition during physical activity. No121 The Grove Limited will not be responsible for harm to a client unless caused by the negligence of its staff.
If training outside, it is the client’s responsibility to look after their personal clothing and equipment. No121 The Grove Limited will take no responsibility for damage to client personal clothing or equipment.
DATA PROTECTION
To help us provide you with great customer service we will need to ask you for some personal information including telephone number, email, age and statistics.
We will collect this information by various methods including Par-Q, enquiry forms and consultancy forms.
This information will be used only in relevant dealings with you and never released to third parties. No121 The Grove Limited assures you of total confidentiality in all of our professional dealings with you in line with the REPS code of ethical and data protection conduct. All personal information collected will be stored on a secure password protected computer or locked filing cabinet.
