1st Session (1 ½ hours)
Consultation to include:

  • Set personal targets
  • Weight and height measurements
  • Blood pressure
  • Measurements
  • Body Fat reading
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Fitness testing

Personal training sessions can be booked individually
​or as a package, therefore reducing costs.

Subsequent sessions 1 hour training and reviews
