Beginners Cycling
Come along, learn how to Cycle safely and effectively. When done correctly indoor cycling works your core muscles as well as your bottom and legs so getting the basics right is essential. We will show you how whilst you meet new friends, burn calories, get fitter and enjoy your workout.
Indoor CyclingThis high energy class is suitable for all abilities so come along and work at your own level. Our classes include intensive tabata, interval and fartlek training. This class will burn calories as well as your legs and lungs!

When joining us for Indoor cycling please:
Bring a water bottle and towel Wear appropriate clothing for cycling, no baggy trousers appropriate footwear must be worn. Trainers or SPDs only, no fashion trainers eg Converse. We advise you to make sure you are hydrated before you start the class. It is not advisable able to attend the class on an empty stomach although you should not eat for at least an hour before the class. |
Please note: the class starts promptly at the time stated on the timetable. Therefore please arrange to be at the class at least 5 minutes before it starts. We may have to lock the downstairs door for security so if you are late you may not be be able to access the class.
